Below is a form to request a permit for a player.

A following types of permits can be requested:

• New Player Permit - for any player that does not already have a permit to play in the NCU competition this season

• Lower Grade (1 match only) - for a player to play in a single match in a lower grade in the same club

• Regrade to Lower Grade - for a player to permanently move to a lower grade in the same club

• Review of Provisional Permit - 

• Finals Permit - 

• New Player (Transferring clubs Within NCU) - 

• Team Transfer (Moving between teams in the same club and grade) -

Permit requests submitted before 5pm on the Friday preceding the match will be processed before match day. Permit requests submitted after this time will not be processed until after the weekend.
